You may cancel your subscription to Thivarelaph services at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@thivarelaph.world or by calling +1 (416) 410-0880.
Refunds for monthly subscription services will be prorated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. One-time service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
We strive to provide excellent IT consulting services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss potential solutions or adjustments.
If you need to modify or adjust your service package, contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Changes may affect billing and service availability.
